How long does international shipping take?
New orders will be shipped within 2 business days and on average will arrive 5-10 business days later. NOTE: Transit times will vary depending on country, and zone within that country. Due to the impact of Covid-19 there maybe additional delays.
Since we are shipping health products, there are different regulatory reviews at customs compared to other products. We cannot guarantee the amount of time customs clearance will take. This can be 1 day to 30 days depending on factors that are outside of our control.
If your order takes more than 21 business days to be delivered from the date of shipment, you can cancel your order for a full refund. If you want to wait until the order arrives, we will give you an additional 25% off your next order for your inconvenience.
On average, shipping rates are $5-$25 per shipment depending on country and number of pills purchased.
For customer convenience, we ship orders Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) wherever possible. This service is not available for all countries/territories and your order maybe shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). For orders shipped DDU you may be contacted by the courier to pay duties/taxes prior to final delivery.
Due to varying international customs regulations, the customs invoice for all international shipments will be for the FULL VALUE of your order and WILL NOT REFLECT ANY DISCOUNTS. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
