Kendall grew up in a small town in ''Wild and Wonderful'' West Virginia. Her passion for nutrition started when she was a competitive dancer in high school. She enrolled in dance class in 3rd grade and continued up until high school graduation. During competition seasons, Kendall had training 4-5 nights a week, and learned that fueling her body with the proper nutrients helped optimize her performance during practice and competitions. She later went to college to deepen her knowledge of nutritional sciences, which inspired her desire to help others learn the impact of health and nutrition. Prior to working for Persona, Kendall worked in the neonatal intensive care unit as a registered diet technician. During that time, Kendall provided adequate nutrients to infants and became well experienced in the clinical side of nutrition. She is very excited to work for Persona and integrate her experience from the hospital. In her free time, Kendall likes to go out to eat with friends, cuddle with her orange cat she adopted, and care for her many house plants!
